Pricing Resources:
There are a number of online resources that you can use to help you determine more about the pricing for your property. Ideally you would research the comparable properties in your area that have sold, the properties that are currently on the market, and the properties on the market that have "Expired" (these are the listings that did not sell during the time of the listing contract).
